End-to-End Manufacturing
Every product line is manufactured in-house at our Texas facility — giving us full control over quality, lead times, and customization.
Innerspring & Coil Systems
Bonnell, pocket coil, and foam-encased coil systems built to precise temper and gauge specifications. We source and form coil units in-house for consistent performance across every unit.
Foam Fabrication
High-density base foams, gel memory foam, and comfort layers cut and laminated to spec. Density, ILD, and thickness are configurable per order.
Cover & Quilting
Ticking, quilted covers, and border panels sewn in-house. Fabric selection, quilting patterns, and panel construction are available for private label programs.
Custom Sizing
Non-standard dimensions for hospitality, healthcare, and RV applications. Twin through California King, plus custom widths and lengths for specialty markets.
Private Label
Full private label programs including branded law tags, custom cover embroidery, and retail-ready packaging. Minimum order quantities apply per program.
Fulfillment & Logistics
Direct-to-warehouse and consolidated freight options. We work with national LTL carriers and can coordinate inbound receipts with your 3PL or distribution center.
Drop-Ship Program
Ship individual units directly to your end customers under your brand. We support blind drop-ship with your packing slip, branded packaging inserts, and no Kingdom Mattress markings on the carton. Compatible with major e-commerce platforms and EDI-enabled retailers.

Quote & Spec Review
Submit your requirements through our quote form. Our team reviews your product specs, volume, and timeline within one business day.
Sample Production
For new programs, we produce a sample unit for your approval before full production begins. Adjustments are made at no additional charge.
Production Run
Once approved, your order enters our production queue. We provide regular status updates and a confirmed ship date before production starts.
Quality Inspection
Every unit is individually inspected against your spec sheet before packaging. Non-conforming units are pulled and replaced before shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship via your preferred carrier or our freight partner. Tracking information and delivery confirmation are provided for every shipment.
